In all public school facilities, these requirements are to have updated vaccination and immunization records. As a result, most private schools also adhere to this practice. Although, being an online facility, it is not necessary. However, we are a private school with the option for our students to come and go at will. As a result, any student who leaves our Academy is required to show updated vaccination and immunization records.

Is Kindergarten Required: Your Guide To Learning with Brainfood Academy
According to government regulations, kindergarten is not a required class. However, they also give each state the option to make their regulations concerning this. But, due to education reform, working parents, and other financial situations, it is mandated that every state offers a kindergarten class within each school district.
